I've been reading rooms since I was seventeen.
From house parties to clubs like Belasco (LA),
and Vybz (SD).

Now I build home office studios for coaches and founders.

Different rooms. Same job make people feel something before they say a word.

Your space speaks before you do. The question is... what's it saying?

My identity wasn't aligning with my space.
But after weeks of DIY videos on YouTube, I rebuilt it lighting, audio, video, acoustics.
I tested what worked and eliminated what didnt, until the results became conclusive.

Rob Suarez in a custom home video studio he designed

I grew up in a small town outside of LA called Pico Rivera.

Ever since I was 7, I've been into music.

I would use my dads Sony home stereo system to create my own mix.

Then at 17, I got my hands on DJ software. That was it.

I started throwing backyard parties — finding the spot, building the crowd, running the show.

Then real venues. The Belasco in LA. Vybz in San Diego. Casa Esencia in New Mexico.

But I was also the guy keeping the gear alive, because we couldn't afford to replace it.

So I learned audio and video engineering the hard way. Speakers. Amps. Mics. Motherboards.

Whatever kept the show running.

I've built brands, art, and audiences along the way.

All of it taught me the same lesson.

They made people feel something real. It made them feel seen.

That's what a room does when it's built right.

15 years of learning that turned into the LAVA Method — Lighting, Audio, Video, Aesthetics.

The system I run on every studio I build.

I build it for you, in person, if you're in LA or Orange County.

Or I build it with you, over Zoom, wherever you are.

I only take on two builds a month. Each one gets everything I've got.
